Rates

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and the fee per session is established with each clinician. 

 

Couples Counseling and Family Therapy sessions are 80 minutes in length and the fee per session is established with each clinician.

Clinical Supervision sessions are 60 minutes, unless otherwise requested and the fee per clinical supervision hour is established with the supervisor.

Organizational Consultation rates will be established based on the specific needs of the organization. Please contact us to discuss your organizational needs

Insurance Accepted: Kaiser and Sutter EAP

 

Placer Psychological Wellness Group does not currently accept other insurance providers. We are able to provide an invoice for counseling sessions, which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if covered. Please contact your insurance company to confirm your out-of-network benefits prior to your first session.

Reduced Fees

Reduced fees are reserved for current clients whom may be experiencing financial distress.

Payment
Full payment is due at the time of the session. Any adjustments to this payment schedule must be made in advance. 

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel a session, please inform your clinician as early as possible. Full payment will be due for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
